The Role
You will work across a diverse range of matters including:
- Acquisition, development, and sale of residential and commercial properties
- Due diligence, subdivisions, leasing, refinancing, and design-build lease arrangements
- Construction transactions
- Trust establishment, administration, and compliance
- Drafting trust deeds, variations, and resettlements
- Advising on trustee duties and obligations, distribution of assets, and succession planning
- 2–5 years PQE, with experience in property and/or litigation
- Exposure to trust work, or a genuine interest in developing this area of expertise
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- A forward-thinking mindset and commitment to building long-term client relationships
