This is your chance to be at the heart of our Service Hub, supporting property occupiers and ensuring their facilities needs are met with precision and care. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties, including but not limited to: • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion • Managing and tracking work orders and service requests • Providing exceptional customer service to occupiers and internal stakeholders • Maintaining accurate records and reports on property performance and facilities management • Collaborating with the Occupier Services team to deliver tailored solutions for our clients’ unique needs • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Colliers’ policies and procedures • Performing other duties as required by the business If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about property, facilities management, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
