Property Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Assistant to join our friendly team at Summerset Waikanae. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards Summerset takes pride in – helping to keep our village safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and Head Gardener to support a wide range of maintenance and gardening tasks across the village. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with general property and garden maintenance
• Helping with building maintenance and refurbishments
• Assisting with landscaping, gardening, and ground care tasks
• Taking part in property inspections and reporting safety or maintenance issues
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents, team members, and contractors

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.
