Property and Commercial Lawyer

A well-established and growing law firm in the Waikato is seeking a Property and Commercial Lawyer (2-4 years PQE) to join its collaborative and client-focused team. Following a recent merger, the firm has strengthened its reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across property, commercial, company, trusts, and private client matters. The Opportunity: You will work on a diverse range of property and commercial matters, including: Residential, rural, and commercial property transactions; Company law, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and corporate governance; Trusts and estates, including wills, probate, and estate administration; Private client matters, including family law, relationship property, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification. You will be an admitted lawyer with the New Zealand Law Society, with a minimum of 2-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
