About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We are looking for a leader to manage our property portfolio, assets, and facilities. This role drives commercial property strategies, oversees projects, and ensures compliance while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Lead property strategy and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with customer needs and sustainability goals
- Oversee lease negotiations, maintenance programs, and compliance, including seismic standards and safety requirements
- Manage complex projects and risk mitigation, delivering cost-effective and fit-for-purpose property solutions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery across the organisation
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home, with 3 days in the office.
What we’re looking for | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
- Five years’ experience in a similar role with a broad spectrum of management
- Experience in asset management, preferably in a commercial or residential environment
- Demonstrated understanding, influencing and supporting people through applying technical. knowledge or rational arguments aimed at causing actions or acceptance by others
- Proven background in effectively managing staff at an executive level, including managing managers
