Property Accounting Manager

A well-established organization in the services sector is seeking a Property Accounting Manager to oversee property and asset accounting functions. About the Role Reporting to the finance leadership team, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of property and asset accounting, including but not limited to: preparing and reviewing financial reports; analyzing and interpreting financial data; identifying and addressing potential issues; ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies; and providing guidance and support to other departments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or related field, 5+ years of experience in property or fixed asset management, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
