Property Accountant

About the Role Reporting to the head of accounting for the property management division, you'll manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks as required. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
