FUNCTION: - Approach customers to offer cards and financial products; - Register card proposals; - Control card numbers; - Serve customers with demands related to financial products; - Register new customers and requests; - Assist with filling out forms and using self-service; - Encourage the use of digital channels and functionalities; - Provide guidance on the customer service center; - Prospect for new customers.
