Our Merchandise team works with supplier partners and store teams on category ranging, buying, pricing and promotions so we can get the right products on the right shelves at the right time for our customers! Te Tūranga – About us: We are looking for a talented individual to join our Merchandise team as a Promotional Replenishment Lead. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating promotional replenishment activities across multiple stores. This includes developing and implementing effective replenishment strategies, working closely with store teams to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with supplier partners and internal stakeholders to drive business results. Te Tūranga – What you’ll do: As a Promotional Replenishment Lead, your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective promotional replenishment strategies across multiple stores. • Working closely with store teams to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering of products. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Building strong relationships with supplier partners and internal stakeholders to drive business results. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. • Analyzing data and metrics to inform replenishment decisions and optimize inventory levels.
