Promoter - Store Operator

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca spa, Novara branch, seeks operators for client company: STORE OPERATORS

Description and Characteristics of the Position:

The optimal coverage of this position requires the ability to inform and update sales points adherent to our customer's initiative, in order to optimize performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Train store staff on offer products;
• Analyze sales point performances, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
• Manage visual merchandising activities to improve display and/or communication at sales points;

Reporting Line: Responsible

Functional Relations:

• Internal: Store Team
• External: Client

Requirements for participating in Selections:

• Prior experience in commercial, sales or promotions;
• Familiarity with main computer tools and digital technologies;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational skills;
• A strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
• A propensity for innovation and continuous search for better solutions.

Preferred: Self-motivated

Work Location: Piedmont

Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, with flexible schedule to be defined based on store needs.

Type of Contract: Initial contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

Packaged Compensation:

• V L level of CCNL Commerce;
• Incentive based on results achieved;
