Etc. Spa subsidiary of Milan, for a client company operating in the online betting sector and seeking:

PROMOTER FOR RECEIVING POINTS

The resource will be responsible for informing and updating participating points of sale to improve performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Form the staff of participating points of sale on offer products;
• Analyze point of sale performances, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
• Manage visual merchandising activities to improve display and/or communication in points of sale;
• Suggest digitalization process to client.

Reporting hierarchy: Area Manager Functional relationships:

• Internal: Store Team
• External: Client

Requirements for participating in selections:

• Prior experience in commercial, sales or promotions;
• Familiarity with main computer tools and digital technologies;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational skills;
• Strong commercial orientation and focus on results;
• Strong inclination towards innovation and continuous search for better solutions.

Automobiles/and workplace: MILANO Zona Sud Centro Working hours:

Full-time 40H from Monday to Saturday with schedule definition based on point of sale needs (tendentially 9/12 and 16/19.30)

Type of contract: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months with possibility of extension (and possible final hiring goal)

Packaged remuneration budget:

• 5th level of CCNL Commerce 1570 € gross;
• Incentive based on results achieved + Lunch vouchers from € 8;
• Bonus incentives;
• Annual welfare package worth € 500.
