Tasks

As part of our team, you will support customers in shopping centers and retail stores with various matters, including:

• Promotion: Speak actively to customers and show them the benefits of the free customer card.

• Digital Support: Show how cashless shopping with a scanner works.

• Technical Service: Support customers in registering or logging into their bonus card using a touchpad.

Qualification

What you bring:

• Reliability and enjoyment of dealing with people.

• You like to actively approach people.

• Technical interest or affinity is advantageous but not a must.

• Good German language skills
