Job description

Marketing Agency is looking for a Promo Merchandiser to join our team and ensure the correct execution, display, and visibility of products at the point of sale.

Salary: $15,000 monthly
Law Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Work Area: Los Cabos, Baja California Sur

Responsibilities

Execute cleaning, arrangement, and product display activities according to the planogram.
Ensure correct placement of products on shelves and additional displays.
Monitor and update product visibility at the point of sale.
Correctly implement prices on shelves and additional displays.
Report prices of the portfolio and competitors.
Report cataloged products, shortages, and stock-out situations.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve product display and visibility.
Guarantee correct signage and promotion of products.

Requirements

Education: Completed high school or technical degree.
Experience in merchandising, promotion, point-of-sale execution, or similar positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Telson and/or attendance tracking programs.
Proficiency in tools or systems for inventory control.
Ease of speech and effective communication.
Organization and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
