Building Services Engineer (H/F/D)

Adecco As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing technical systems for our projects. You will be responsible for designing, drawing, and coordinating ventilation and building solutions in accordance with current regulations and standards. Responsibilities - Realize technical plans and schemes on AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. - Participate in the design and dimensioning of ventilation (HVAC) and pipe networks. - Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop optimal solutions. - Perform flow rate, pressure, and loss calculations. - Integrate technical solutions into BIM models (if applicable). - Verify compliance of plans with current standards and client requirements. - Ensure technical follow-up and provide support during the construction phase. Profile - Education: Diploma in building services engineering or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum [X years] of experience as a designer or similar role in the field of ventilation or building services. - Skills: Mastery of CAD/DAO software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar / Solid knowledge of ventilation (HVAC) and building services / Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schemes / Knowledge of local standards and regulations (RT, RE, etc.). - Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, teamwork spirit, attention to detail. - Languages: French mandatory, English (desired or mandatory depending on the company).
