BIM CVC Projector H/F

Responsibilities Your main responsibilities: - Collaborate with the CVC project manager to analyze input data and identify missing information necessary for design. - Realize calculation notes and dimensioning for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and smoke removal installations. - Develop and manage numerical CVC models under REVIT, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination in a BIM environment. - Produce plans and execution schemes for projects in the CVC domain. - Provide technical support to the project manager, including participation in mandatory meetings. - Plan and administer technical files according to the ISO quality manual. - Establish metrics and quantifiables necessary for submissions. - Participate in project execution follow-up and construction site meetings. Profile - Bachelor's degree in building technique or equivalent training. - Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering office or company. - Excellent mastery of CVC technology and Swiss standards. - Proven competence on REVIT and good understanding of BIM environments. - Good mastery of Microsoft Windows & Office tools. - Rigor, organization, sense of responsibility, and taste for teamwork. - Good relational skills and collaborative spirit.
