The Team As Project Responsible High-Rise Drafter, you are responsible for the execution and detail planning and coordinate the collaboration with specialist planners and entrepreneurs. - You lead projects from the first draft to the final implementation and ensure that cost and quality management is maintained throughout the entire planning and construction process. - Your tasks include processing new buildings, renovations, and replacement constructions. - You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors. - You are responsible for ensuring that all project-related documents, such as plans, specifications, and reports, are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. - Your expertise in high-rise construction and your ability to coordinate complex projects will be essential in this role. - You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
