Project Technician/Manager HVAC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing projects (HVAC trade)
• Coordination of the trades included in the order and their subcontractors
• Interdisciplinary teamwork and close coordination with the construction site and system planners
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of ongoing projects regarding cost efficiency and quality improvement
• Representing project interests towards internal supporting departments and customers as well as their representatives
• Tracking and adjusting deadlines
• Personnel management in the projects
• Project preparation including support with technical implementation

Requirements

• University of Applied Sciences or Technical College degree in Building Services Engineering (specialization in alternative and renewable energy desired)
• Sound knowledge of ACAD (possibly extensions-BIM), as well as MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Project
• Knowledge of applicable software modules Solar and ABK (or Koram) is an advantage
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Ambition, commitment, and taking on project responsibility

Salary

From €56,000 to €72,800 gross/year for full-time employment. Depending on your qualifications and experience.

Type of Employment

Full-time between 38.5 h and 40 h / week
