Our client is one of the major technical service providers in Germany. In Hamburg-Nord, a project team of 35 to 45 people manages the building services for large buildings.

• €75k–€100k, depending on experience

The following tasks await you:

• Lead two to four service team leaders in HVAC
• Strategically develop your project team
• Be responsible for budget, offers, and profitability
• Contact person for customers and operators
• Deployment planning, quality, and occupational safety
• Improve processes in maintenance and repair

What you bring with you:

• Apprenticeship, e.g., Plant Mechanic SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning) or Refrigeration Mechanic
• In addition, a degree in Building Services Engineering/TGA (Technical Building Equipment)
• Initial experience in HVAC service or maintenance
• Desire to take responsibility for people
• German language skills at least C1
