Tasks

• Project management & control of construction projects in ongoing operations
• Building and promoting project-related teams and structures
• Coordination with internal departments as well as external stakeholders
• Cost and performance monitoring including invoice verification
• Preparation of decision templates and evaluation of project variants
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and budget
• Documentation and milestone control for reporting

Profile

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, engineering or comparable
• Alternatively: Completed vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/master craftsman with several years of experience in project management
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of construction management, construction, project management, engineering and quality management
• Knowledge of schedule and cost management
• Experience in stakeholder management as well as with partners and subcontractors
• Safe handling of MS Office and SAP
• Negotiation-level German and English skills (min. C1)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) absolutely necessary
