Project Employee / Modeler Laboratory Planning (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve as a modeler with us:

You will support our project managers in the successful implementation of exciting laboratory projects. You will take responsibility for your work packages, contribute your own ideas, and together with us, shape innovative and sustainable solutions.

• You will develop the layouts for the laboratory environments of tomorrow and successfully implement innovative concepts.
• In dialogue with users, you will develop laboratory environments together with project management and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Creation and attribution of Revit models
• Participation and coordination of CAD/BIM models
• Close cooperation with project management and specialist planners during project planning and execution planning
• Ensuring compliance with standards and quality standards
• Support for project management in planning, organization, and controlling

This is how you fit in with us:

• Training as a CAD technician EFZ, interior designer, or a comparable qualification.
• Advanced Revit/AutoCAD knowledge.
• Confident German in spoken and written form.
• English skills are an advantage.
• Holistic thinking, high initiative, and responsible action.
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Technical understanding of architecture and building services engineering.

• Knowledge of BIM competencies on which we can build.
