Aufgaben

Your Mission: Success is no coincidence, but a system.
You are the brain behind the campaigns. You are responsible for the results we deliver.

• Strategie & Umsetzung: You design advertising texts and campaign structures. You are responsible for media buying (Meta/LinkedIn).
• Koordination: You are the interface to our Creative Lab. You brief our designers and videographers, so that the assets maximize conversion.
• Customer Success: You lead regular meetings with our C-Level customers. You explain not only numbers, but sell success.
• Retention: You make customers so happy that contract extensions become a formality. Your success is measured by the satisfaction and loyalty of your accounts.
• No Sales: Your focus lies 100% on customer retention and campaign performance.

Your Profile: Analytical. Empathetic. Uncompromising.

• Performance-Mindset: You love data and optimization. If a campaign doesn't perform, you'll find the error in the system.
• Kommunikationstalent: You can explain complex ad metrics so that a CEO understands the value of your work.
• 100% Presence: You work at HQ on Rolandsbrücke. Synergy arises on-site, not in home office.
• Standards: Start is no later than 08:00 Uhr. We prepare success while the competition is still sleeping.

• The Financial: €42,000 fixed salary (€3,500/month).
• Retention Bonus: Who makes customers happy will be rewarded. You'll receive commissions for each contract extension of your accounts. (approximately €1,500-€2,500 per month on top of the basic)
