Project Manager*in (Start Up) for our customer drink&paint

We are looking for a motivated person as Project Manager*in (Events) for our Start-Up customer drink&paint.

Since 2023, the strongly growing Start-Up drink&paint has been bringing people creatively together with their event series. drink & paint is convinced that every person has a spark of creativity - it just needs to be awakened! Tasks

• You are responsible for planning, tracking, and documenting all project-related tasks in close cooperation with the team and keep track of schedules and priorities.
• You are in charge of administrative organization and smooth planning of our events (entirely digital – no on-site presence or creative input required).
• You take over the structured coordination and timely coordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in event preparation.
• You ensure ongoing process optimization and guarantee high-quality standards to ensure a trouble-free event flow.
• You optimize our processes and ensure that our events are planned and executed even more efficiently.

Qualification

• You have a completed education or degree in your pocket.
• You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in project management or a comparable field.
• You possess very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
• You remain calm in stressful situations and are characterized by flexibility and improvisational skills, even under time pressure.
• You have very good organizational skills.
• You are willing to work outside of regular working hours and on weekends.
