Tasks

• Self-responsible planning, steering, and implementation of social and creator marketing campaigns
• Main point of contact for clients during ongoing projects
• Coordination of creators, partners, and internal teams
• Creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as monitoring them
• Quality control of content and campaign deployment
• Analysis and reporting of campaign results, including derivation of optimization measures
• Further development of existing processes and workflows
• Support in the strategic conception of campaigns

Qualification

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, ideally in social media or influencer marketing
• Safe handling of multiple parallel projects and priorities
• Safe handling of budgets and responsibility for their compliance
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and organizational talent
• First experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, Monday)
• Very good German and good English language skills
