Your Tasks and Opportunities:

• You will take on commercial project responsibility, including project controlling for new construction and renovation measures, in close cooperation with the respective technical project managers and department management.
• You will participate in the planning dialogue for project setup and regular updates as an interface between clients and contractors regarding commercial aspects.
• You are responsible for controlling and reporting during the planning and execution phases, tracking project goals in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality.

• You are responsible for refinancing management within projects and are the point of contact for this within BLB NRW.
• You will process change management, including coordination and agreement of refinancing after consultation with technical project management.
• You are responsible for cash flow planning and control within the project and participate in project-related risk management.

Your Profile:

You have completed a university or university of applied sciences degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable fields.

Further Requirements:

• You have professional experience in the construction/real estate industry.
• Your business management expertise, as well as your strong moderation and presentation skills, set you apart.
• Flexibility in handling new tasks is as natural for you as relevant methodological and software skills, and confident use of Microsoft Office.

• You have the willingness and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• You possess fluent German language skills, corresponding to at least C1 level (fluent in spoken and written).

Your Salary:

Depending on personal and company requirements, for tarif employees, a salary from pay group E11 to E12 TV-L (approx. €53,200.00 – approx. €82,590.00 annually) with all agreed social benefits (e.g., company pension) is possible.
An equivalent transfer for civil servant applicants is possible up to the rank of A12 LBesO A.
