Tasks

• Planning and coordination of construction projects with a focus on modern, Mediterranean architecture and sustainable materials
• Collaboration with project managers and possibly CEOs, as well as team assistants
• Leadership and monitoring of the construction execution to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other experts to ensure that all design requirements are met
• Communication with customers to clarify project requirements and ensure their satisfaction, primarily until the prototype completion
• Development and implementation of project plans that support both company values and mission
• Budget control, bid evaluation

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification, such as a specialized sales-related field, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of ecological building.
• A strong sense of communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to coordinate external crafts teams in collaboration with project managers.
• Knowledge of sustainable building materials and construction methods, particularly in relation to wood construction.
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking; English or Spanish language skills are desirable
• Willingness to take on a leading role in a growth-oriented company.
