We are interface medien – a team of around 40 heads in the creative center Skaters Palace in Münster. For over 25 years, we have been developing smart digital solutions that perfectly fit our customers – from complex B2C portals to individual web projects. What drives us? Tasks

Your job with us.

As a Project Manager, you are the central interface between our customers and our internal teams from IT and Marketing. After structured onboarding, you will take responsibility for digital projects – from the first idea to successful go-live. You structure, coordinate, and steer. And ensure that requirements become concrete results.

Your tasks:

• Counseling and strategic support of our existing customers
• Preliminary preparation and structuring of projects: creation of task lists, workload estimation, calculation
• Creation of project structure, timeline, and resource plans
• Steering of budgets, timings, and project goals
• Conflict management
• Compliance with guidelines as well as work and procedure instructions
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and moderating meetings
• Transparent communication between customers and internal teams
• Project controlling and documentation
• Ongoing development of existing projects

For our customers, you are the first point of contact and advise them sustainably – even on-site. Regular visits are a pleasure for you and always keep their overarching requirements in mind.

Qualification

What you bring with you.

You think structured, act proactively, and love to translate complex requirements into clear steps. Communication is not an end in itself for you, but a tool. You explain even complex matters clearly and lose focus even in dynamic phases. Reliability, self-responsibility, and team spirit are self-evident for you.

You should bring the following with you for your job with us:

• A completed education or degree – or comparable experience
• Experience in project management of digital projects
• Very good German & secure English
• Organizational strength, communication skills, and assertiveness
• A high standard for yourself and interest in learning new technologies
• A high degree of stress tolerance, self-responsibility, quality awareness, and presentation skills
