Tasks

• Self-responsible planning, coordination, and monitoring of our media projects (timelines, resources, milestones, budgets)
• Zentral communication between our customers and the creative minds of the agency
• Preliminary preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer meetings and alignments
• Structuring, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our internal project management tools and workflows
• Creation of briefings, presentations, and project overviews for the production team

Qualification

• You have a commercial education, a degree (media management, business administration, marketing, etc.) completed or bring fundamental professional experience in project management.
• Experience in project management, ideally directly in the agency-, media- or marketing environment.
• A strong organizational talent, a structured work style, and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills – you are absolutely secure in writing and speaking and appear professionally and approachably to customers.
• A cool head and reliability when all threads come together at you.
• A team player who thinks solution-oriented and has fun shaping a growing environment actively.
