We are looking for an immediate Project Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You drive a brand of a corporation - from the first briefing phase to the final submission, you're the driving force
• Schnittstelle is your second name: You connect customers and internal teams (Design, Video) and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction
• Structure is your thing: Project planning, timelines, and briefing management run smoothly with you, even when it gets tight
• You ensure that each deliverable has been checked before customer submission and meets our quality standards and the customer's deadline
• You keep performance in mind, create informative reports, and recognize optimization potential before the customer asks

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in customer management and account management - ideally in the agency field
• Communication is your strength: You communicate securely in German and English, bring things to a point, and know how to handle different stakeholders
• Multiple projects at once? No problem. You work structured, independently, and never lose your overview
• Performance Marketing isn't your main field, but you understand the basics and can contribute when it comes to numbers and results
• You're familiar with project management tools (Asana) and have a genuine drive to push things forward
