Job Description

We develop and lead as a communications agency personalkommunikative projects in the fields of prevention, health, education, and social affairs. In total, 55 employees in Cologne, Berlin, and Hamburg work together with around 250 freelance educators and our regional network partners nationwide.

For our project „komm auf Tour – meine Stärken, meine Zukunft“ we are looking for a project manager:in with the focus on ensuring the quality of pedagogical work at the location in Cologne.
The focus of the position lies on the systematic evaluation, securing, and further development of the pedagogical performance of our freelance employees – based on a structured quality management and in close cooperation with project leadership, project management, and personnel management of the freelance employees.

The position is full-time (32-40 working hours) to be filled as of 01.06.2026 and initially for two years, with the option to extend or take over in an unlimited employment relationship. In addition to nationwide travel assignments and presence activities in our office, there is the possibility to work mobile in the home office.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the pedagogical quality of ongoing „komm auf Tour“-projects
• Conducting on-site terminations for structured observation and evaluation of the pedagogical work of freelance employees
• Leading feedback conversations with freelance employees (pedagogical performance focus)
• Applying, maintaining, and further developing QM cycles, evaluation, and feedback instruments
• Systematic evaluation of quality, effectiveness, and feedback data (e.g. students, teachers, freelance employees, complaints) as part of a continuous QM cycle
• Documented, prepared, and feedback of findings to project leadership, project management, and relevant QM formats
• Drawing concrete adjustments for the project concept and guidelines based on QM results

You Bring

• Fundamental experience in pedagogical work, education, or vocational orientation, ideally in moderate or group-based settings
• Completed studies in a pedagogical, social, or educational field or a comparable qualification
• Notable competence in evaluating pedagogical performance and experience in professional work with freelance employees/honoraries
• Ability to conduct challenging feedback conversations in a respectful, clear, and professional manner
• Outstanding experience in quality management, particularly in working with QM cycles
• High competence in data work and evaluation (feedback data, QM cycles, documentation) and in deriving quality and development work
• Understanding of protection concepts, awareness themes, and professional proximity/distance management in the pedagogical context
• High travel readiness: Regular nationwide travel assignments (approx. 50 days per year) are planned
