Hi, we are GHOST OFFICE, the implementation agency from Berlin.

We take over where colleagues from creative agencies and marketing departments would rather give up. Because the creative work is mostly done and the hard work beckons. Specifically, that means: We usually get involved at the point where the creation stands and the competence for adaptation, refinement, master production, and operational implementation is required. From complex PowerPoint presentations to Word templates, business reports, annual reports, and other corporate documents.

Aufgaben

Your role with us:

You understand design AND technical implementation. You can not only build beautiful slides, but also complex documents structured, clean and functional in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. You are familiar with corporate design systems, masters, format logics, and professional business documents – and know how to turn them into functioning work templates for large companies. At the same time, you keep projects, timings, and calculations under control and steer jobs sovereignly between customer, creation, and implementation.

• You advise our customers sovereignly, friendly, and cordially
• You steer all phases of a project between customer, creation, and production
• You create and adapt professional business documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• You build presentation masters, Word templates, and complex documents like presentations, business reports, and annual reports
• You work clean within existing corporate design and layout systems
• You calculate costs, coordinate timings, and keep multiple jobs in mind at the same time
• You think operationally with and ensure a clean, functioning implementation
• You find KI & Automation rather exciting than intimidating

Qualification

You bring with you ...

• A completed degree or relevant training in the fields of media design, communication design, marketing, media, or advertising
• Multiple years of professional experience in agency, media, or corporate environments
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Extensive experience in creating professional presentation masters and Word templates
• Understanding of corporate design, design, and technical document logics
• Experience in adaptation, refinement, or operational implementation
• Experience in project management, customer communication, and calculation
• Outstanding organizational talent, structure, and high-quality awareness

And most importantly: We are not looking for Canva-, Social Media-, or Figma-designers. At our agency, it's not about designing slides or templates from the internet. Rather, it's about professional corporate communication in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. About functioning masters. Clean implementation. Complex documents. And high-level adaptation.
