Project Manager Customer Projects (m/f/d) – 30 to 40 hours, hybrid

We have reorganized our project team with clear roles. As a Project Manager, you will ensure that our customer projects are successfully executed and that our customers enjoy working with us long-term. We are looking for you starting immediately for 30 to 40 hours per week.

What awaits you

Project Management

• You will take over new customer projects after contract signing, conduct the kick-off, and plan the process, milestones, and deadlines with the customer.

• You are the central point of contact for HR managers and other stakeholders such as management, works council, or IT, and reliably keep everyone informed.

• You will work closely with our platform experts: you will hand over clear goals and deadlines, they will be responsible for the implementation, and together you will keep an eye on progress, blockers, and risks.

• You will obtain approvals, manage change requests, and ensure that data and decisions are provided by the customer in a timely manner.

• You will maintain an overview of many parallel projects using our PM tools and AI assistants.

Customer Success

• You will remain in contact even after the project, with regular check-ins and a focus on usage and satisfaction.

• You will support customers across multiple surveys and help them truly utilize measure planning in Kultify.

• You will recognize early on what a customer needs next and pass these impulses on to sales.

• You will contribute customer feedback and requests to the team and product development.

• You will work with AI tools and our internal PM co-pilot and help shape how we use them.

What you bring

• Ideally, several years of experience in project management with many parallel customer projects, e.g., from SaaS onboarding, Customer Success, or an agency.

• You are friendly and committed and ensure that agreements are kept on both sides.

• You delegate results and trust your colleagues who implement.

• You think proactively about what customers need, even beyond the current project.

• You document in such a way that others can take over at any time.

• You are eager to work with AI and try new things.

• Very good German language skills.

A plus, but not a must

• Experience with HR topics, employee surveys, or HR software

• Experience in collaborating with works councils

What we offer

• €53,000–€58,000 gross/year for 40 hours, depending on experience; pro-rata for 30–39 hours
