We develop and implement as a communications agency personalkommunikative projects in the fields of prevention, health, education, and social affairs on behalf of ministries and authorities. In total, 50 employees in Cologne, Berlin, and Hamburg work together with around 250 freelance pedagogues and our regional network partners nationwide.
We are looking for a project manager:in for LIEBESLEBEN – the participatory project. The focus of the job lies on coordinating project implementations in school settings and related measures to ensure the sustainable implementation of project contents with state ministries on behalf of the Federal Institute of Public Health (BIÖG).
The position is full-time (32-40 hours per week) to be filled immediately and initially for 1.5 years, with the option to extend or take over as an unlimited employment contract. In addition to nationwide travel assignments and presence activities in our Cologne office, there is the possibility of mobile work in home office.
Your Tasks
- Coordination of individual school-based deployments across the federal territory for implementing the project, including school acquisition, planning, organization, and moderation
- Moderation of planning meetings, training sessions, and workshops with school staff and external experts
- Support in planning and implementing cooperation agreements with actors at the regional level, including co-moderation and documentation of expert training sessions and network meetings
- Support in developing target-group-specific concepts and pedagogical methods (e.g., training concepts)
- Preparation of protocols and documentation
- Implementation of standardized pedagogical quality management instruments
You Bring With You
- Completed or ongoing education, study, or other relevant qualifications in the field of humanities, social sciences, or education
- Experience in coordinating projects in the education or health sector
- Knowledge in the theme area of sexual health / sexual education and in the context of school
- Experiences working with teachers, external experts, and possibly ministry-level experts
- Experiences implementing training/ workshop or training concepts
- High travel readiness for nationwide deployments
- Professionalism and confident demeanor paired with independent, meticulous, and goal-oriented work style
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
