Responsibilities

🚀 What you will do

• Project Management in the Reusable Sector: You will take over the operational support and management of our projects together with an emerging, larger reusable brand – a cool collaboration where you will coordinate campaigns and white-label applications.
• Management of the Innovation Project ("CitySide"): You will be responsible for the milestones and work packages of our AI-supported city platform for promoting sustainable behavior and volunteer engagement in urban areas.
• Grant Management: You will take responsibility for one of our grant projects – from fund disbursement and budget monitoring to on-time submission of usage reports, as well as communication with funding bodies and authorities. This also includes research and application for further suitable funding programs (EU, federal, state).
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: You will coordinate the involvement of local actors, businesses, associations, and municipal partners within the framework of our innovation initiatives.
• Impact & Process Monitoring: You will keep an eye on deadlines, project progress, and measurable sustainability activities, ensuring a smooth process.
• Interface to the Founding Team: You will work closely with management, contribute your own ideas, and continuously develop our project processes.
• Prospectively: Take over a second, customer-funded project including customer communication and reporting.

• Communication Skills: You bring energy, structure, and personality to coordination with external partners and internal teams, adapting your tone to different counterparts, from funding bodies to paying customers.
• Very Good German: You communicate confidently and persuasively in German – both verbally and in writing.
• Self-Motivation: You don't wait to be told every step, but take responsibility and implement things independently.
• Organizational & Multitasking Talent: You always keep an overview even with parallel projects and complex work packages.
• Startup Mentality: You are enthusiastic about speed, short decision-making processes, direct collaboration with founders, and minimal corporate politics.
• Experience in Grant Management: You are familiar with funding guidelines, deadlines, and usage reports – or you are very eager to learn quickly in this area.
• Numerical Understanding & Diligence: Every cost category counts in grant projects – a strong understanding of numbers and high diligence are worth their weight in gold here.
• Initial Experience: Ideally, you already have initial experience in project management, event management, or supporting partner projects. You bring 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in this area.
• Most Importantly: Skills can be learned. What matters to us is your drive, your honesty, and your will to get better quickly.
