MEvents, part of the M-GROUP, is a professional company offering full-service solutions for large-scale events and hybrid meetings.

We offer online solutions as single modules or complete systems for virtual events, OnDemand platforms with E-Libraries, E-Learning, Online Community Networks, live events, and more. We advise our customers, particularly medical professional associations and companies, comprehensively and shape the technical system landscape for events, webinars, OnDemand libraries, training with assessments and certifications, and more.

Tasks

We are looking for a versatile personality to take on the role of Project Manager-Industry in full-time (40 hours/week) at our Berlin location. As Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and the key person coordinating processes between departments to achieve goals and realize projects within the given timeframe.

You are responsible for virtual, hybrid, and on-site projects from planning to execution.

You ensure that your international customers are satisfied by actively advising and supporting them and taking corrective measures.

You track and monitor project progress, including budget, schedule, and scope of individual projects.

You plan and manage interdisciplinary teams using agile and classical project management methods.

You follow and cater to the extra wishes of our industry customers within our portfolio and after conducting a feasibility analysis.

You work closely with the management team and the project management team, knowing where your teams stand at all times.

Qualification

• You have already gained experience in project management
• You have already gained experience in the trade fair and congress world, ideally in the medical professional association congresses
• A strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• Experience in customer management
• Potential experience in up- and cross-selling
• Self-organized, structured work with clear goals
• Travel readiness during project phases (Europe-wide)
