We are looking for an experienced project manager:in in online marketing (w/m/d)!

Aufgaben

• You advise strategically and practically, understand goals and business models, and translate them into clear hypotheses, measures, and roadmaps.
• You lead customer relationships, define common goals and roadmaps, and moderate kick-offs, quarter reviews, and jour fixes.
• You connect stakeholders, maintain regular contact with management, departments, marketing, sales, and IT, and bring everyone together.
• You design strategies and solutions, make channel mix decisions (SEO/content, SEA, social, CRM, analytics), identify growth levers, and plan and roll out experiments.
• You use AI in everyday life, sets AI-supported research, analysis, content creation, and automation - quality-conscious and data-protective.
• You lead projects through, steer cross-functionally, plan time and resources, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for performance and controlling, create reports with clear strategic recommendations and next steps.
• You shape the PM department actively, share learnings, and bring in new ideas and methods.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or comparable independent activities.
• You understand customer needs and can translate them into concrete action recommendations for customers and colleagues.
• You want to understand business models from customers and can place industry/competition information.
• You have strategic and conceptual skills.
• You bring experience in developing and implementing online marketing strategies and campaigns.
• You enjoy teamwork.
• You have advanced knowledge in at least one online marketing area (e.g. SEO/GEO, SEA, social, tracking) and motivation to learn the other online marketing areas.
• You have experience handling AI tools for online marketing (e.g. for research, content, analysis, or automation).
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• You have German language skills at the C1 level.
• You are responsible and possess a high quality standard.
