Tasks

• Coordination and management of infrastructure projects – from the initial idea to implementation
• Responsibility for deadline, cost, and quality management
• Collaboration with clients, planners, and project participants
• Use and implementation of digital methods like BIM and Lean Management
• Identification of potential for process optimization and digitalization in projects
• Support in setting up efficient project structures and stakeholder management
• Preparation of decision-making bases, reports, and presentations

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in project management or the supervision of construction projects is advantageous
• Interest in digitalization, BIM and new methods in construction
• Structured, self-responsible working style and hands-on mentality
• Communication strength and joy in collaboration with various actors
