At Herzbube, we are looking for a Project Manager who will manage our customer projects, coordinate teams and ensure that ideas not only emerge but also are implemented in a clean manner.

A important part of your work: Social-Media-Projects coordinate, accompany and develop further.

Your Tasks

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for customer projects in the Web and Social Media field. You are the central point of contact, keep an overview and ensure that projects are implemented reliably.

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Kundenprojekten (Web & Social Media)
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und internes Team
• Verantwortung für Projektfortschritt, Qualität und saubere Umsetzung
• Koordination von Social-Media-Projekten (Redaktionspläne, Content-Umsetzung)
• Struktur und Klarheit in laufenden Projekten sicherstellen

Qualification

You ideally bring:

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (Agentur, Marketing oder Digitalumfeld)
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, intern wie extern
• Grundverständnis für Social Media, Content & digitale Kanäle
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Awork, Asana, Trello o. Ä.)
• Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gefühl für Prioritäten
