WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You design exciting influencer marketing campaigns and take responsibility for their successful implementation – from planning to evaluation. At all times, you keep track of deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• You are the central interface: You coordinate influencers, their management, clients, creative and production teams, paid and social teams, and ensure a smooth workflow.
• You support the development of innovative campaign concepts, which will captivate your target audience and generate attention.
• You accompany photo and video productions to make our campaigns visually stand out.
• You create informative analyses, presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns and present your results directly to our clients.
• You advise, together with the team, our clients actively and develop their social media strategies continuously – bringing in your own ideas and setting impulses for new trends.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

You have at least two years of experience in marketing or agency field, ideally with a focus on project management and influencer marketing.

• Social Media is your passion: You know the most important platforms, current trends, and how successful influencer campaigns work.
• You are familiar with large clients, complex projects, and high budgets – and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and tackle challenges proactively – hands-on mentality is second nature to you.
• You bring creative ideas and develop them together with the team.
• You are an excellent team player, willing to share your knowledge and motivate others.
• You remain calm under pressure and find pragmatic, well-presented solutions for our clients.
• Structure and organization are your strengths – you love it when projects run efficiently and goal-oriented.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• Plus point: Experience in the telecommunications sector
