Intermate belongs to the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting (SaaS/Digital/B2B)
• You are responsible for several parallel Sprinklr projects – from kickoff to planning and resource management to live operation.
• You coordinate stakeholders, manage all tasks, and keep an eye on budgets, time, and quality.
• You develop processes further, set new standards in project management, and always take care of customer satisfaction
• You moderate meetings, are a troubleshooter when it comes to challenges, and unlock cross-selling potential in the delivery process.
• In addition to hands-on project management, you bring feedback and ideas actively into the team.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting (SaaS/Digital/B2B)
• In-depth experience with the Sprinklr platform – from technical depth to strategic implementation
• Demonstrable success in building and leading customer-success initiatives, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Leadership skills and passion for mentoring and team development
• A consultative personality with strong business and tech thinking
• The ability to present complex technical topics in an understandable and exciting way
• Sovereign stakeholder management – from practitioner to executive leadership
• Collaborative mindset and joy in cross-functional cooperation
• Innovative enthusiasm and desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent German language skills, secure English language skills, additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
• Travel readiness (approx. 25% within Europe)
