We create collecting experiences that foster community, participation, and genuine connections between people. To achieve this, we plan and support initiatives that bring collecting, swapping, and participation to life. With our products, such as individual sticker albums, we make these initiatives tangible so that the experiences last.

The Position:
Goodbye project, hello initiative! You will be an essential part of our project management team. With your experience, you will take on responsibility from day one, show energy, and manage our local sticker initiatives with verve and confidence from the initial idea to the final KICK-OFF.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• You are fully responsible for and manage our local sticker initiatives with full power.
• You build genuine connections: For our local partners, you are the reliable, personal point of contact who assists them with advice and support.
• You plan and accompany our initiatives to ensure they run smoothly and make the greatest possible benefit visible to everyone.
• You keep all threads together: As a structured interface, you manage the flow of information between our external partners, the manufacturers, and our internal team.
• You question existing processes and keep our processes clear and simple in order to continuously develop them.

Qualifications

Your Professional Competencies:

• Sound professional experience in project management and proven success in customer support.
• Strong, professional organizational talent: You structure initiatives cleanly and know exactly how to manage your time and priorities even with many parallel tasks.
• Confident stakeholder management: You possess negotiation skills and manage to successfully reconcile diverse interests.
• Very good German language skills (written & spoken) are a MUST HAVE for us.
• …and you live in Berlin or fancy a coffee together in our office.
