You will lead exciting IT customer projects for industrial companies in the DACH region. In one of our agile software teams, you will work flexibly and self-determined. Your tasks with us

• You lead IT customer projects from idea to go-live – structured, transparent, and with a view to the overarching goals of our customers. With our in-house software (CPQ: Configure, Price, Quote) you support this by sustainably improving and developing sales processes..

• You think yourself into requirements and business processes and understand how technical solutions can create real added value. You also ask critically to jointly set clear priorities and make sustainable decisions with our customers.

• You keep budget, expenses, and framework conditions in mind, conduct expense conversations at eye level, and ensure transparent and economical project management.

• You actively shape internally: You recognize patterns in customer requirements, categorize them, and bring impulses into the further development of our products and services. You work closely with your team, sales, and product management together.

• You have ideally completed a degree with technical or commercial background. Alternatively, you convince us through your mindset and great interest in technical solutions and economic connections.

• You possess experience in managing IT or software projects – preferably in the B2B field and with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
