Your Position
- You will be responsible for overseeing complex EPC projects in the commercial new energy sector, including photovoltaic roof installations, battery storage, charging infrastructure, and energy management.
- You will manage cost, schedule, and resource planning for your projects and ensure efficient implementation.
- You will work together with our planning and engineering teams to develop technical concepts and oversee their implementation (e.g., roof layout, string planning, NSHV, transformer, MS stations).
- You will lead and coordinate external service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers on construction sites and ensure that quality, time, and budget are met.
- You will bring your projects to a successful conclusion through result-oriented stakeholder management (customers, network operators, service providers, authorities).
- Optional, you may take over site management or site supervision and ensure the compliance of technical and safety-relevant standards on site
Your Profile
- You have completed a degree in renewable energies, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in EPC projects in the commercial/industrial sector – you know how to successfully execute large projects.
- You have very good technical understanding: NSHV, transformers, MS stations, and electrical standards are not foreign words to you.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach: You want to make things happen and actively participate.
- You have the ability to assert yourself on large construction sites.
- You are willing to travel within the Central Region (North/East).
- You have secure German language skills (C-level) and good English language skills.
- You have the ability to withstand stress, strong communication skills, and a structured work approach.
