As a communications agency, we develop and implement personnel communication projects in the fields of prevention, health, education, and social affairs on behalf of ministries and authorities. A total of 55 employees in Cologne, Berlin, and Hamburg work together with around 250 freelance educators and our regional network partners nationwide.
For this purpose, we are looking for a committed Project Manager for an educational project to qualify actors in school development. The focus of the activity lies in project management, network support, and moderation of events in the educational context.
The position is to be filled full-time or part-time (32-40 hours per week) in October or November and is initially limited to two years, with the option of extension or transfer to an indefinite employment contract. In addition to nationwide travel assignments and on-site activities at our Cologne office, there is the possibility of mobile working from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of projects, including (agile) planning
  • (Further) development of target-group-specific concepts and pedagogical methods (e.g., training concepts) for children and adults
  • Conception of interactive, digital further training events for professionals
  • Implementation of multi-part, digital further training and workshop formats
  • Network support (consultation of network partners)
  • Documentation and evaluation of further training events
  • Quality assurance of projects

What You Bring

  • Completed apprenticeship, degree, or other meaningful qualifications in the humanities, social sciences, or educational sciences
  • At least three years of experience in steering, developing, and managing projects in the field of education.
  • Experience with the educational structures in NRW or a comparable federal state (Hesse, Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate), for example, in close cooperation with stakeholders in the state
  • Experience in target group communication at the ministerial level as well as with teachers and educational professionals
  • Experience in the development and implementation of multi-part training/workshop or further education concepts with diverse target groups
  • Experience in the implementation of medium-term network support and moderation with diverse target groups
  • Experience in conducting interactive, digital further training events
  • Experience in the documentation and evaluation of further training events
  • Knowledge of agile project management, ideally in the area of innovation development (e.g., Scrum, Design Thinking)
  • A very high willingness to think solution-oriented, intrinsically motivated, and proactively, and to approach network partners
