Project Manager*in Energy Transition Research (m/w/d)

The F&E GmbH combines science with business and advocates for innovative solutions in areas such as sustainability, digitalization, and mobility. Annually, we realize around 150 research projects for renowned companies and public organizations.

Tasks

You can expect:

• Leading and organizing internal and external project teams, as well as interface management with relevant partners
• Monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Project management/project reporting
• Billing with funding providers
• Risk management, including early identification and implementation of measures to ensure project security
• Reporting to the executive board and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification

You bring:

• A completed degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, or project management or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of contract and supplementary management
• Leadership qualities, communication skills, and negotiation skills
• A structured, solution-oriented work approach paired with assertiveness and organizational talent

The position with a working time of 38 hours per week offers a high degree of design freedom. It is to be filled short-term and initially until 2031. Further extension is planned.
