To further support our team, we are looking for:

Project Manager/In E-Commerce/Services (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

· Maintenance and development of our webshops , including administration of content such as pricing, image management, and master data management.

· Responsibility for the control of our webshop systems for customers, including ensuring compliance with all relevant processes and standards.

· Steering, coordination, and implementation of individual projects in collaboration with our warehouse and logistics partner.

· Participation in ensuring smooth financial transactions, including support in accounting processes and optimization of business processes.

· Interface in communication between departments and representation of the E-Commerce department at our customers.

· Experience in the area of warehouse & logistics are advantageous.

· Creation of informative statistical evaluations and reports to provide a solid basis for decision-making for business and shop development.

· Control of automated processes within the webshop systems.

· Helpdesk and consulting for webshop end customers in B2B & B2C by phone and email in several languages.

You should bring:

· You have a commercial education, preferably in the (online) retail sector

· You are fit with numbers and accounting

· The handling of common MS programs, especially Excel, is necessary

· You are an open and communicative person

· Modern communication programs come easily to you

· You are service-oriented in action and thinking

· You possess good English language skills in writing and speaking

· Knowledge of another foreign language is advantageous
