• Automation & infrastructure: Terraform and Ansible

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Main point of contact for customers, developers, partners and sales
• Planning, coordination and control of e-commerce projects from idea to launch
• Ensuring timings, budgets and project goals
• Conducting regular status meetings and alignments
• Early detection of risks and active problem-solving
• Proactive risk-, resource- and expectation management
• Creating and maintaining project-, process- and status documentation
• Active development of our project management processes
• Bringing in your own ideas for efficiency improvement and quality enhancement

Qualification

Your profile:

Experience:

• Multiple years of experience in project management, ideally in the e-commerce or digital field
• Experience with complex shop- or platform projects (e.g. Shopify, Shopware)

Familiarity with technical know-how:

• Safe handling of project management tools like YouTrack or Jira
• Strong technical understanding (APIs, interfaces, web technologies)
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Experience with agile or hybrid project methods

Personality & Soft Skills:

• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
• Very good communication- and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
• High affinity to digital products, processes and technologies
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape things
