We-site is a specialized Shopify agency and supports brands and retailers across the entire DACH region in building, relaunching, and optimizing online shops. Our focus lies on developing high-performing Shopify stores that create real value – from migration to setup to continuous optimization.

With more than 100 successfully completed Shopify projects, we have deep experience in all project phases. Thanks to clear processes, defined milestones, and structured project management, we keep every project under control. Tasks

Your Role

As a Project Manager:in, you are the interface to our customers. Optimal structured projects and satisfied customers are second nature to you. In close collaboration with our founders, you will lead all projects successfully to launch.

Your Tasks

• You serve as the central interface between customers, designers, developers, and sales.
• You ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• You hold regular meetings with customers and teams to discuss project progress and identify potential problems early on and resolve them.
• You create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• You bring your own ideas and develop strategies for optimizing our project workflows.
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from conception to completion.

Qualification

Practical Experience

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the digital or e-commerce sector.

Know-How

• Vantage: You already have experience working with Shopify.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday, Asana, or ClickUp.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
• Self-motivated and structured work style.
• A high affinity for (new) digital media and technologies.
• Bringing ideas and innovations into a creative and cooperative environment.
