Project Manager*in Building Management (m/w/d)

Independent planning and implementation of projects in the area of campus management, including new construction, renovation, and modernization of buildings, as well as the coordination of various stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your tasks will include: • Project planning and control; • Coordination with internal departments and external partners; • Risk analysis and mitigation; • Budgeting and cost control; • Quality assurance and monitoring; • Communication with stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with MS Office and other common office software.
