Project Manager (w/m/d) Corporate Training

K3 Studio develops training programs, learning formats, and community projects for companies in the technology and B2B field. We support our clients in structuring knowledge around digital products and solutions and professionally implementing training programs.

We are a young company with short ways, direct communication, and a lot of self-responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for a project manager who loves organization and thinks along.

Tasks

• You coordinate our training, webinar, and community projects administratively and keep track when multiple things run parallel.
• You plan timelines, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure that deadlines are reliably met.
• You take over project-related communication with clients and partners and keeps everyone on the same page.
• You prepare reports, track KPIs, and document progress structured and comprehensible.
• You bring structure to dynamic project phases and ensure that processes remain clear and efficient.
• You support in developing existing programs and processes and brings your own ideas.

Qualification

• You have already gained experience in project management – ideally in an agency, corporate, or digital environment.
• You feel comfortable in client contact and can communicate with different stakeholders confidently.
• You work structured, keep track even when multiple parallel topics are involved, and think ahead organizationally.
• You have experience in reporting and can document projects cleanly using KPIs and present them comprehensibly.
• You tackle things, don't wait for perfect framework conditions, and take responsibility.
• You use digital tools confidently and stand open to the use of AI in your working day – ideally you have already gained some practical experience.
