Project Manager Contract Management (m/w/d)

In collaboration with our partner company in Munich, we are looking for a "Project Manager Contract Management (m/w/d)" at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As Project Manager (m/w/d), you will coordinate and control commercial processes within complex project and service workflows.
• You will also create offers, price and cost calculations, and accompany the commercial order processing independently.
• In addition, you will maintain project-related data in SAP and be responsible for administrative processes from inquiry to billing.
• Furthermore, you will monitor costs, deadlines, and settlements and create project-related reports and evaluations.
• You will also take on smaller sub-projects and work closely with internal departments and project teams.

Qualification

• You hold a degree in business administration, economics or engineering, or a commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d) with relevant additional qualifications.
• You also bring experience in project management, contract law or commercial project processing.
• In addition, you work confidently with MS Office - knowledge of SAP, Jira or Confluence is advantageous.
• You are characterized by a structured, independent and result-oriented working style as well as communication skills.
• You also possess negotiation-safe German and good English language skills and ideally knowledge of public procurement law or project-related contract environment.
